Hands-on HR offers practical “hands-on” support across all aspects of HR / personnel management, including:
Recruitment and Selection: candidate screening, aptitude testing, personality profiling, assessment centre design and delivery, competency based interviewing, candidate administration. Employee Relations: union and non-unionized, disciplinary interviewing and hearings, grievance handling, collective dispute resolution, employment legislation advice. Training and Development: design and delivery of core training to line managers, training needs analysis, skills matrices, personal skills coaching to individuals / small groups Redundancy and Outplacement: downsizing programmes from small restructures to complete site closure, outplacement support and training to managers / employees, full administrative handling of redundancy calculations and consultation process HR General Skills: contracts of employment, employment policies, absence management and control, job evaluation (Hays), bonus schemes, salary banding, employee satisfaction surveys, improvement activity awareness and application.
